Welcome to Beyond Engravings. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Shipping, Refund, Privacy & Cancellation policies below, govern your use of our website and purchases.
1. Business Information
Beyond Engravings — custom engraved diaries, MDF blanks, engraved flasks, pendants and personalized gifting products.

Use of the website
By accessing our site you agree to these terms. Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.
Products & Customization
Custom items are created exactly as per the input you provide. We do not modify spelling, dates or artwork unless explicitly agreed. Slight variations in color, texture, or engraving depth may occur due to materials and production processes.
Pricing & Payments
Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed to begin processing. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment gateway.
Order Processing
Production begins after payment confirmation. Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
2. Shipping Policy
Dispatch time
All orders are dispatched within 2 days of payment confirmation.
Delivery time
- Domestic (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary due to customs).
Tracking & Failed Delivery
A tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp after dispatch. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may re-attempt or return the package. Reship costs (if any) will be charged to the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once placed (engraved diaries, flasks, pendants, etc.). Non-custom items (e.g., plain MDF blanks) may be cancelled only before dispatch.
To request cancellation for non-custom items email order@giftingbeyond.com with your order ID.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Custom Products
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom/personalized items except when:
- Item arrived damaged
- Wrong item received due to our error
- Engraving does not match what you provided
Non-Custom Products
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Product
Email photos/videos to order@giftingbeyond.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and respond with a refund or (for non-custom items) a re-send where applicable.
Replacement policy
We currently do not offer replacements except for wrong or defective items sent due to our error.
5. Privacy Policy
Information we collect
Name, address, email, phone, order details and payment information (handled securely by payment processor). We do not store card details.
How we use your information
To process orders, communicate about shipments, provide support and improve services. We do not sell or rent customer data.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. You may disable cookies via your browser settings.
Third-party services
We share data with shipping partners and payment processors strictly to fulfil orders. Unnecessary data is never shared.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and designs on this site belong to Beyond Engravings. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Beyond Engravings is not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or minor product variations. These policies are governed by the laws of India.
