- General Terms
1.1 By placing an order with our company, you agree to the terms outlined here.
1.2 Our products are customized as per client requirements and are non-returnable.
1.3 The company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official platforms. - Order Placement
2.1 All orders must be placed via email, phone, or online platforms.
2.2 Full details of the order, including design, quantity, and specifications, must be provided at the time of placing the order.
2.3 Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation from the company - Payment Terms
3.1 Orders are processed only after receiving a minimum of 50% advance payment.
3.2 The remaining payment must be made before dispatch.
3.3 Payments are non-refundable once production begins.
3.4 Any additional charges incurred due to modifications or urgent requests will be communicated and must be cleared before delivery. 3.5 Upon delay in making payment by the month end and interest of 5% applies weekly on the communicated price / PO 3.6 Cheques are not accepted. All payments must be made via approved payment methods. - Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
4.2 Delivery charges apply based on the location and size of the order.
4.3 The company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Customers are responsible for sharing accurate delivery addresses. Faults in sharing the correct delivery address will not be the company’s liability.
- Customization
5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for customization.
5.2 Any errors in the submitted information are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3 Minor variations in design, color, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes or the availability of raw materials. 5.4 For urgent orders, the Company may proceed based on standard design practices and available inputs without detailed approvals 5.5 Once production starts, no changes will be entertained unless agreed upon in writing. - Returns and Refunds
6.1 Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6.2 Claims for damage/discrepancy in goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images and details.
6.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after a thorough review by the company.
6.4 The company reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any return or refund claim. 6.5 Displacement of goods – Any displacement of goods caused after 1 week of order completion, due to failure of pick up of goods from customer’s end, isn’t the liability of the company. - Intellectual Property 7.1 All designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred. 7.2 Customers must have the right to use any logos, images, or text provided for customization. 7.3 Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8.2 Liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
8.3 The company is not responsible for issues arising from improper product handling or misuse by the customer. - Privacy Policy
9.1 Customer data will be used solely for order processing and communication.
9.2 No personal information will be shared with third parties without prior consent.
9.3 Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time. - Disputes
10.1 Any disputes will be resolved amicably.
10.2 Legal jurisdiction will be in Mumbai.
10.3 In case of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. - Order Tracking
11.1 Customers will receive a tracking link or dispatch details once the product is shipped.
11.2 Any concerns regarding delivery status should be raised within 24 hours of receiving dispatch details. - Scope of Changes
12.1 Customers are allowed up to two minor design or product changes after order confirmation, provided the scope of the change does not significantly alter the original product idea or exceed the company’s production capabilities.
12.2 Major changes, such as a complete redesign or requesting a product outside the originally agreed specifications, will not be entertained.
12.3 Any additional changes beyond the allowed two will incur extra charges and may affect the delivery timeline.
12.4 Changes must be communicated in writing and approved by the company before implementation.
12.5 The company reserves the right to decline changes if they impact the feasibility of production.
12.6 No added service on a closed sale is permissible. For added service on sold product a new sale needs to be generated. - Bulk Orders and Discounts 13.1 Special discounts may be available for bulk orders. Customers must inquire at the time of placing the order. 13.2 Bulk orders may have different processing times based on order size and complexity. 13.3 Cancellation of bulk orders after confirmation will incur a cancellation fee.
- Urgent Orders
14.1 Urgent orders may be accommodated based on feasibility, subject to additional charges.
14.2. For urgent orders, the Company may proceed based on standard design practices and available inputs without detailed approvals. 14.3 The company does not guarantee urgent orders unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
